Updated: YOU MUST TRY THE SPECIALS Ruth & her crew come up with drink specials- I want to try them all. The iced matcha horchata is a dream on a summer afternoon. Oh my gosh what a cute place!!! Delicious food, yummy themed drinks. Stop going to chain cafes and GO HERE! I got the Berry waffle (YUM, the waffle had a sugary crust, just perfect) and a 16 oz Candy Cane Lane (warm and delightful). There's even outdoor space for seating for those of us still practicing covid precautions. Koffee Time pays attention to the details and even has compostable silverware! Such a cute place with a great vibe and attentive employees who are very welcoming. This was my first time and I'll be back!!

Fled from the overcrowded Inklings on a Sunday afternoon—we weren’t about to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee—and stumbled upon this little gem. What a pleasant surprise! No crowd, excellent coffee, and a nice variety of pastries still available later in the day. We ordered oat milk cappuccinos and a pear ricotta toast, both beautifully presented and delicious. It’s a bit tucked away from the main street and has limited outdoor seating, but the relaxed vibe and quality of the drinks and food made it completely worthwhile. Definitely our new go-to spot!

We were on a mini road trip and were heading home and passing through Pleasanton and came here for a quick bite and coffee. We got the breakfast burrito with sausage and a Dulce de leche latte and they were so good. The cheesecake was looking so good so we had to try it and got it with Carmel drizzle. I also got the mazapan latte to go. Love that it’s family owned. Definitely coming back when we are in the area. :)

I went twice and loved it both times. I got one of their Valentine's specials (love potion) and it was great. It was shaken espresso, chocolate, and raspberry and it tasted exactly as described. The flat bread was also great. Would definitely recommend.

We loved Koffee Time. I think we’ve been three times since it opened. The food is great, we are so excited to try the torta one day. But so far we’ve had the breakfast burrito, which is by far one of my favorite breakfast burritos in Pleasanton. As for coffee, we like the Mexican mocha but really, I loved the cafe de olla! So good. Hope to see how they grow in our downtown community! The nicest people own and run the shop.

Koffee time is a cute little spot! My husband and I tried the breakfast burrito, croissant muffin, and banana bread and everything was SO DELICIOUS!! It was our first time here but we will definitely be going back! The salsa that came with the burrito was super tasty and fresh too. We came in about ten minutes before close and weren’t sure if we would still be able to order anything from kitchen so close to 3pm but the staff was so accommodating and didn’t rush us at all, which feels rare at restaurants near closing time. It’s a cute spot, very clean and inviting and a little tucked away. Overall just really good vibes and a new favorite local spot!

Tucked away in the charming, historic downtown of Pleasanton, Koffee Time Bakery and Cafe is an absolute gem. The cozy atmosphere instantly makes you feel at home. We ordered their Apple Raisin Cinnamon scone -- it was perfectly warmed, with a tender, buttery crumb, juicy raisins, and just the right hint of cinnamon spice in every bite. Truly comforting! I paired it with a Dulce De Leche Latte, served extra hot and wonderfully frothy -- sweet, creamy, and indulgent without being overpowering. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always smiling, adding even more warmth to the experience. If you're in Pleasanton, this spot is a must-visit!
